西藏開元新(xin)能(néng)源有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)100兆瓦光伏髮(fa)電(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)，選阯(zhi)在(zai)西藏自治區(qu)拉薩市(shi)尼木(mù)縣開髮(fa)區(qu)，距拉薩市(shi)區(qu)約60公(gong)裏。項(xiang)目(mu)總投(tou)資(zi)15億元人(ren)民(mín)币，分(fēn)兩期建(jian)設(shè)完成(cheng)；一(yi)期建(jian)設(shè)容量30兆瓦，預計(ji)投(tou)資(zi)4億元，計(ji)劃2015年(nian)底完成(cheng)土建(jian)施工(gong)及(ji)設(shè)備(bei)安(an)裝(zhuang)、調試任務(wu)，目(mu)前(qian)，項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)審批(pi)工(gong)作(zuò)基本(ben)完成(cheng)。二期建(jian)設(shè)容量70 兆瓦，預計(ji)投(tou)資(zi)11億元，計(ji)劃于(yu)2016年(nian)6開工(gong)建(jian)設(shè)，2017年(nian)3月前(qian)完成(cheng)設(shè)備(bei)安(an)裝(zhuang)、調試工(gong)作(zuò)，2017年(nian)6月前(qian)正式(shi)投(tou)入運營(ying)，實現(xian)全面投(tou)産(chan)髮(fa)電(dian)目(mu)标，項(xiang)目(mu)達産(chan)後(hou)，可(kě)實現(xian)年(nian)産(chan)值25億元人(ren)民(mín)币。

100mw photovoltaic generation Project Introduction
According to the company’s strategic plan, and combining the development plan of energy in Tibet Autonomous Region, the company established a photovoltaic generation project department in Lhasa, Tibet. It is mainly responsible for the preparation work of 100mw photovoltaic generation in Nyemo County, Tibet Autonomous Region. It takes rich photovoltaic recourses in Tibet as basis, and makes further efforts to exploit wind-energy and hydropower project. Since the project department has been built, it actively pushes the preparation work. At the same time, it builds and keeps a good relationship with governments as all levels and relevant departments in Tibet, timely knows energy’s relevant information of different regions in Tibet, constantly looks for new project recourses, and gradually makes the company develop a comprehensive energy enterprise integrating the project exploitation in photovoltaic, hydroelectricity, wind power, etc.
The 100mw photovoltaic generation project of Tibet Kaiyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Development Area, Nyemo County, Lhasa, Tibet, and to Lhasa is about 60 kilometers. The total investment of project is 1.5 billion yuan, and it is divided into two periods to complete construction. The first period construction capacity is 30mw. The company estimated that it would invest 400 million yuan, and it planed to complete civil construction and the installation and debugging of equipments. Now, the approving work of the project has been completed. The second period construction capacity is 70mw. The company estimates that it will invest 1.1 billion yuan, and it plans to start construction in June, 2016, and accomplish equipments installation and debugging work before March, 2017. Besides, the company wants to put into operation before June, 2017, which fulfills the goal of putting into operation to generate electricity. After reaching design capacity, it can achieve the annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan.
